Finola Power is a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist, and Advanced Personal Trainer with a decade of experience helping clients successfully reach their health goals. Having trained in the highly coveted and field-leading Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Finola's skills as a Dietitian are second to none. Through personal and professional experience, Finola understands the frustrations associated with generic and fad diets that rarely result in long-term sustained weight loss or dietary improvement. Consequently, Finola takes a highly personalised, evidence-based and client-centred approach to nutritional counselling, allowing her to successfully lead clients' towards lasting change.

Benjamin Bond is a Behaviour Change Coach and PhD Candidate and with Master’s Degrees in Psychology from King’s College London and The University of Glasgow. As a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, Ben has worked under the tutelage of world-renowned Psychiatrists and Psychologists in the NHS. This experience has honed Ben's skills in behaviour change practice, highlighted by the British Journal of Psychiatry's coverage of a highly-successful clinic that he helped to pioneer. By combining the latest research with practical tools, Ben helps clients transform their mindset and take control of their behaviour and, consequently, their health.

Daniella Moyles is a Registered Psychotherapist with expertise in Trauma-Informed Practice and a certified Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, and Integrative Bodywork Practitioner. Daniella specialises in helping clients overcome emotional and resultant physical challenges through a holistic client-centred approach. If you’ve struggled with stress, anxiety, depression, or feeling disconnected, Daniella’s combination of experiential psychotherapy and somatic techniques will provides a safe space for healing. By addressing both mind and body, Daniella helps clients release deep-seated emotions and build resilience. Tom Cowan is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, specialising in cancer rehabilitation and cardiovascular disease prevention. With over a decade of experience working in the epicentre of British medical excellence, Harley Street, and a background in elite sports science, including work with Chelsea FC, Tom has the expertise to guide clients with complex health conditions or performance goals. Tom’s approach integrates personalised and adaptive evidence-based exercise instruction with continuous care and support. His programmes, delivered through his own smartphone app, combine expert exercise prescription, real-time monitoring, and motivational support to help clients' achieve enduring improvements in their health and fitness.
